2004 ACE Award Transtar, 4 berth, end shower/washroom, L shaped lounge

Purchased in Sept 07 from supplier who supplied new to original purchaser and fully serviced. Not used by us other than for occasional use as a spare bedroom whilst house conversion being carried out - no longer needed for touring . Like new inside and out with green upholstery and loose cushions, removable carpets and wood grain flooring.
Complete with new Pro-Tec breathable full winter cover, wastemaster, water roll, Romany Elite 3m awning/porch (new Sept 07 & never used, usable as external bedroom area), external gas point, external power point, gas bottles, electric lead, TV booster, double step, smoke alarm, external wet locker, wheel clamp, Alco hitchlock and stabiliser.
'L' Shaped lounge giving much more flexible space and comfort than twin beds setup. All seating has storage below and is accessed via drop down doors or lifting the seats. Lots of overhead lockers
Full width end wash room with walk in stand alone shower & mixer, electric flushing toilet, corner sink and mixer tap with a large cupboard for storage beneath. Wardrobe with hanging space with the large mirror above the sink opening to reveal more shelving and storage unit on the back of the door for toiletries, 240v socket for shavers and toothbrush charging.
The kitchen area is complete with mixer tap, a round sink with inset chopping board and removable draining board. The fridge has several shelves and door compartments and also good sized freezer compartment.
The domestic style gas/electric stove, with gas oven with separate grill, storage space beneath the oven for pots & pans. Hob has 3 gas rings and one solid electric, which is a boom if no gas on board.
Seating area opposite the kitchen area which transforms into bunkbeds with hidden curtain to go around the bunks for privacy. 2 tables stored in a cupboard nearby.
Radio/CD player with removable front & 2 speakers in lounge headlining. Cocktail cabinet with flat top below for TV.
12V and mains supply lighting with spot lights throughout. External light by door, 4 x 240v sockets, plus external mains socket and BBQ gas point
All windows have curtains, blinds and fly meshes. The entrance door has fly mesh screen. All are incorporated neatly into the interior design.
