2004 Lunar Ultima ES, 4 berth, fixed bed, motor mover, 2 awnings

Please find for sale our 2004 Lunar Ultima ES. It has a separate end bedroom with a very comfortable fixed double bed and a sliding door to the lounge/kitchen area. There is a bathroom off the bedroom end with a separate shower and toilet. It has a motor mover which was only attached in 2006. The windows all have fly screens as well as blackout blinds and curtains. There is an effective extractor fan as well as very large top openers. The seats in the lounge converts into a kingsize bed which is very comfortable.
The caravan is in immaculate condition. It has a surprising amount of storage, has a gas oven, gas hob and fridge with small freezer section. The heating can be either gas or electricity and is fan assisted with vents around the caravan. It was serviced in November 2007. There is a turntable unit between the bedroom and kitchen/lounge which allows for a television to be viewed in either position. It would alternatively accommodate a microwave instead.
We are including a full awning and a porch awning in the price along with the relevant ground sheets.
In addition to the van we will be selling all the contents, including a large aqua roll, waste master and speciality bbq, separately and are willing to negotiate a price for these if they are wanted.
We are selling our caravan due our very young family and have only used it twice since purchasing it in 2006.
