Fiat Ducato Chausson Acapulco Motorhome 1991

It is a 5 berth motorhome - double bed over cab, double bed and single bed in main body of van. All of the mattresses and cushions are fine - no rips/tears or stains.
This motorhome is in excellent condition for its year - clean both inside and out, no leaks, no damp or mould whatsoever.
It is a left hand manual drive, diesel with two seats in the front and a CD/radio.
There is an end kitchen with sink, fridge/freezer and cooker with two gas rings. The fridge works off either mains, 12V or gas which has been really useful. There is a water heater which is gas fired and also a gas fire in the lounge area.
The central heating is on a vent blower system.
There are many cupboards and storage areas, both in the kitchen area and also in the main body of the van, plus a huge underseat storage area (under the single bed).
The lift out table is in the middle of the central seating area, which also doubles up as another double bed. There is a wooden ladder to reach the bed over the cab which is stored behind the door in the shower room.
There is a battery and water monitor by the back door which shows how much charge you have in the 12V battery, plus how low your clean water and dirty water tanks are.
There is a separate shower and toilet room with a lift up washbasin and detachable shower head. The shower room also has a vent and a mirrored bathroom storage cabinet.
Two external lockers for wet clothes or other bits and bobs, plus a bike rack on the back on the van.
There are many lights which run off either 12V or mains. The mains hookup is simple to use, as is the emptying and filling of the two water tanks (one dirty water, one clean).
There is also a wardrobe with a mirror, plenty of windows all with net curtains, curtains or blinds. The whole van is very cosy and nice to be in.
The back door is also a stable door, and has a step, and a waste bin that attatches to the inside of the door.
The awning is a wind out from the side.
Overall, the motorhome is in EXCELLENT condition for its age, is a pleasure to go away in and has been very comfortable for us. It is with reluctance that we are selling her.
There is no tax on the van as she has been off road for the last few months, however she has been regularly started. The MOT has also just run out (end of July), but we have had absolutely no problems with her whatsoever in the year that we have owned her.
If required, we can put her through an MOT for whoever wants to buy her.
