Only used 3 times since purchase in September 2007, in excellent condition/ non smokers, Reason for sale, due to work commitments
Caravan sleeps up to 2, seating area becomes double bed. Has full size refrigerator, 4 ring gas cooker/oven, Heater, end bathroom with walk in shower, stand alone toilet, hand basin and dressing area, plenty of storage through out the caravan
