Avondale Rialto 640-6 touring caravan - end bathroom

This is a much loved, well looked after and a well designed lightweight 6 berth caravan. (Tows a dream behind my Volkswagen Sharan 1.9 TDi)
It also makes a really great caravan for a family of 4, as 2 kids can each have their own fixed bunk to retreat to, leaving a side dinette free when 4 beds are used.
The caravan is in very good condition inside and out, HOWEVER THERE IS A SLIGHT DENT TO THE OFFSIDE caused whilst it was in storage.
All 5 tyres have plenty of tread.
The asking price is for the Caravan complete with BRADCOTT SPORT awning, and is the same price as I have been offered in Part Exchange for a new caravan, which is due in on the 26th of this month!!

The Layout:
Front diner easily sits 6 people and makes into a double bed or 2 large single beds
Side kitchen with 4-burner hob & gas oven and large 3-way fridge/freezer
NearSide - 2-seat dinette, which makes into bunk beds if needed.
End bathroom with cassette toilet, sink and separate shower.
Rear offside fixed bunk beds, each with their own opening window, shelf, reading light and blinds as well as black out blinds on the windows.
This layout enables all kids to sleep whilst still allowing others to walk from the front of the caravan to the washroom without having to disturb others. This is the most user friendly of layouts i have seen in a touring caravan.

Curtains,blackout blinds & flyscreens fitted to all windows Fly screen on door
2 ladders (1 for each set of bunks).
Folding table
The gas bottles are located in a side locker, reducing the nose weight (about 47 kg when empty) and leaving the front locker empty for use.
